RIVERFRONT DISTRICT

§ 159.415 STATEMENT OF PURPOSE.

   This district is designed to maintain public access to Lake Sharpe for fishing, boating and other recreational activities, including public fairgrounds and their associated uses. Manure-control requirements of the stockyard district apply.

§ 159.416 LEGAL BOUNDARY DESCRIPTIONS.

 
   Park and Riverfront District Legal Boundary Descriptions
1.   The city park known as Fischer’s Lilly Park shall be increased in size by adding Lots 21, 22, 23 and 24, Block 152, by action of condemnation or agreement pursuant to the condemnations laws of the state

§ 159.417 PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES.

   (A)   No residential use is permitted.
   (B)   Use is limited to parks, recreation, commercial, public building and marine facilities to the end that the entire waterfront may be developed to a coordinated plan.

§ 159.418 CONDITIONAL USE.

   The only permitted conditional use is vacation homes.
