When the regulations of this ordinance impose more restrictive standards than are required in or under any statute or other legal document, the requirements of this ordinance shall govern. When the provisions of any statute or other legal document require more restrictive standards than are required by this ordinance, the provisions of such statute or document shall govern.

Should any section or provision of this ordinance be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, such declaration shall not affect any other portion or provision of this ordinance.
