ZONING ORDINANCE
This Zoning Ordinance constitutes a republication of the City of Fowler Zoning Ordinance adopted March 3, 2009.
Source materials used in the preparation of the republication were the Fowler Zoning Ordinance, as updated through April, 2023 and Ordinance. No. 2024-03. The source of each new section is included in the history note appearing in parentheses at the end thereof. The absence of such a note indicates that the section derives from Ordinance. No. 2024-03, adopted July 16, 2024. By use of the comparative tables appearing in the back of this republication, the reader can locate any section of the Code, as updated.
