MOTOR VEHICLE ACCESS

7-6-1: BUSINESSES REQUIRING ACCESS:

Service stations, roadside stands, public parking lots, and all other businesses requiring motor vehicles access shall meet the requirements as hereinafter provided or as prescribed in the current State of Idaho Transportation Department manual entitled "Right-of-Way Use Policy". (Ord. 1998-1, 7-17-1998)

7-6-2: LOCATION OF GASOLINE PUMPS:

Gasoline pumps shall conform with all State of Idaho regulations. (Ord. 1998-1, 7-17-1998)

7-6-3: STATE TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT RIGHT-OF-WAY USE POLICY MANUAL:

State Transportation Department Right-Of-Way Use Policy Manual, dated October 1982, is hereby adopted by reference, one copy of which shall remain on file in the office of the City Clerk. (1999 Code)
