ARTICLE 700

R-2 Medium-Density Residential District

§ 212-701 Purpose.

It is the intent and purpose of this district to mutually provide areas which are in close proximity to existing and future development of equivalent or higher densities and which are intended for residential development where public water and sewerage facilities are available. Development in the R-2 District is intended to be characterized primarily by single-family dwellings.

§ 212-702 Permitted principal uses, conditional uses and accessory uses.
