A code establishing minimum standards for the control of airport and aeronautical hazards and standards for land use adjacent to airports is hereby adopted pursuant to N.J.A.C. 16:62 et seq. as amended May 15, 1989. These standards shall become part of the Master Plan of Development for the Township of Franklin. A copy of N.J.A.C. 16:62 et seq. is annexed hereto and made a part hereof by reference.[1]

A valid copy of the ordinance and a Local Development Master Plan shall be transmitted to the Division of Aeronautics in the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
