01 PURPOSE AND TITLE
15.01.010. Purpose and title.
A. Purpose. An official land-use plan for the city of Fullerton is hereby adopted and established to serve the public health, safety and general welfare and to provide the economic and social advantages resulting from any orderly planned use of land resources.
B. Citation. This title shall be known as the "Zoning Ordinance" or "Zoning Code."
