The Outlying Business District shall be comprised of the following area now part of the Business District: An area bounded by Highway 84 to the East, Highway 136 to the North and 16th Avenue to the South.

   It is unlawful to use or permit the use of any building or premises in the Outlying Business District for any purpose other than the following:

   (A)   Any use permitted in the Business District;

   (B)   Adult-use cannabis dispensing organization;

   (C)   Adult-use cannabis infuser organization;

   (D)   Adult-use cannabis transporting organization.
