A.

Applicability. The provisions of this Section shall apply in all residential zoning districts unless indicated otherwise elsewhere in these regulations.

B.

Height. No fence or freestanding wall shall exceed the following heights:

1.

8 feet for any residential use, including multifamily uses, unless otherwise stated in the additional items in this subsection, below;

2.

4 feet for any solid fence or wall within a front yard of any residential use or 5 feet if the fence or wall is at least 60 percent transparent;

3.

4 feet for any solid fence or wall within a front yard of any single-family attached dwelling or multifamily use or 6 feet if the fence or wall is at least 60 percent transparent; or

4.

12 feet for any tennis court fence.
