In determining the existence of such adequate capacity, the Planning Board shall consider the need for preventing frequent parking on the street by persons visiting or connected with each use which is proposed to be served by such off-street municipal parking facility. | ||

B. | The Planning Board may also approve the joint use of a parking lot for uses on contiguous parcels as long as the Board is satisfied that the total number of spaces is adequate as computed above. |
