Attached garages with living quarters above shall have a floor to ceiling height of 10 feet maximum; attached garages without living quarters above shall have a floor to ceiling height of no more than 10 feet maximum and a roof pitch no greater than that of the principal building living quarters.

Detached garages. Detached garages shall have a floor to ceiling height of 10 feet maximum and a roof pitch no greater than that of the principal building.

Garden and yard equipment shed: 150 square feet maximum and 15 feet in height maximum.
