- ZONING ENFORCEMENT
It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision or to fail to comply with any of the requirements of this Chapter. Any person violating any provision of this Chapter or failing to comply with any of its requirements shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable as set forth in Section 1-5-1 of this Code. Each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day during any portion of which any violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter is committed, continued or permitted by such person.

A.
Any use of property contrary to the provisions of this Chapter shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be unlawful and a public nuisance, and the Council may authorize the City Attorney to commence actions and proceedings for the abatement thereof, in the manner provided by law and to apply to any court as may have jurisdiction to grant such relief as will abate or remove such use and restrain and enjoin any person from using any property contrary to the provisions of this Chapter.
B.
This Chapter may also be enforced by injunction issued by the Superior Court upon the suit of the City or the owner or occupant of any real property affected by such violation or prospective violation.

The remedies set forth in this Article are not exclusive. The City may pursue any other available remedy in order to enforce this Chapter.
