[c] | A "patio" shall mean an unroofed ground level surface area adjacent to the principal building and a deck shall mean an unroofed surface area elevated above the ground adjacent to the principal building by not more than two feet. | |
[d] | Written approval of the homeowners' or condominium association, designated Committee or Board, or designated person shall be required prior to the issuance of a construction permit for a deck or patio. | |
[6] | Satellite dishes may be permitted, subject to the restrictions and requirements set forth in § 28-10-19. | |
