12 - ZONING DISTRICTS2
Editor's note— Ord. No. 792, § 2(Exh. A), adopted January 8, 2024, repealed Ch. 17.12, §§ 17.12.010, and enacted a new Ch. 17.12 as set out herein and as may later be amended. Former Ch. 17.12 pertained to the residence district and derived from Ord. 639, adopted 2003.
17.12.010 - Establishment of zoning districts.
The following zoning districts are established:
1.
Traditional residential (RD-1).
2.
Mixed residential district (RD-2).
3.
Governmental and residential mixed use (RD-3).
