ARTICLE II
Establishment of Districts and Map
§ 315-4 Establishment of districts.
For the purpose of promoting the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community, the City of Hornell is hereby divided into the following types of districts:
A.
Residence districts as follows: R-1, R-2 and R-3.
B.
Business districts as follows: B-1 and B-2.
C.
Industrial districts as follows: I-1 and 1-2.
§ 315-5 Zoning Map.
Said districts are bounded and defined as shown on a map entitled "Zoning Map, City of Hornell, New York," which, with all explanatory matter thereon, is hereby made a part of this chapter.[1]
