It shall be required that public notice be given that this ordinance will be considered for adoption at a public hearing, by the city council of the City of Irondale, Alabama, at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th day of May, 1998, at the City Hall in Irondale, Alabama, and that at such time and place all persons who desire shall have an opportunity of being heard concerning the adoption of this ordinance.

It is further required that this proposed ordinance shall be posted in four conspicuous places within the limits of the City of Irondale, Alabama, one of which places shall be the City Hall, continuously from the _______day of_______, 1998, and a certification thereof attached hereunder.
