Business Improvement Districts
§ 68-316.1 Establishment and extension.
The provisions of Article 19-A of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, entitled "Business Improvement Districts," shall be applicable to the establishment or extension of business improvement districts in the Town of Islip.
