1 | In the case of mixed use of a building or property, the space requirements shall be computed for each use, and the total requirements for all uses shall be provided in accordance with this section. |

3 | Unless the Zoning Board of Appeals, upon consideration of all relevant factors, including but not limited to the easy availability of on-street parking or the expectation that a lesser parking requirement will meet the parking needs of the use, determines during consideration of the special permit that a lesser off-street parking requirement is appropriate and will not have a negative impact on the surrounding neighborhood. |
4 | Boat-launching ramps shall maintain 75% of their parking spaces at a size of 10 feet by 40 feet to accommodate boat trailers. Consult the New York State Parks and Recreation Department on space requirements for maneuvering. |
