AGRICULTURAL A

§ 152.330 PURPOSE.

   To promote and preserve in appropriate areas conditions favorable to agriculture.

§ 152.331 PERMITTED USES.

   (A)   Animals and fowl;
   (B)   Agricultural uses, farming and gardening; and
   (C)   Barns, corrals, pens, coops, machinery sheds and other buildings incidental to agricultural operations.

§ 152.332 CONDITIONAL USES.

   (A)   Single-family homes; and
   (B)   Accessory uses and buildings customarily incidental to single-family homes.

§ 152.333 MINIMUM AREA.

   (A)   Minimum area in the Agricultural District is 43,560 square feet (one acre).
   (B)   Minimum area, width and yard and other requirements for approved single-family home conditional use shall be the same as stated in §§ 152.370 through 152.377 of this chapter.

§ 152.334 MODIFYING REGULATIONS.

   Stables, corrals, barns and chicken coops shall be located at least 50 feet from the nearest dwelling or public street.

§ 152.335 OTHER PROVISIONS.

   Exceptions to these regulations are provided in §§ 152.095 through 152.114 of this chapter.
