The provisions of § 105-87 of this chapter shall be deemed to apply, for all purposes, to all districts within the Village, except that, notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the following nonconforming uses in any residence district in existence at the effective date of this chapter shall be discontinued and removed within the time period provided, said time period commencing on the effective date of this Article, December 1, 1969.

The use and occupancy of all single-family dwellings which does not conform to the provisions of this chapter, including the use and occupancy of single-family dwellings for lodgers and boarders, shall be discontinued and removed in all residential districts by December 31,1987.
