Fees
Section 400.1040 General Provisions.

A.
All fees shall be paid when submitting the application unless otherwise stated herein. All fees shall be non-refundable unless some other provision of this Chapter expressly provides for their refundability.
B.
A penalty shall be assessed to all permit fees when work proceeded without a permit. This penalty shall be twenty percent (20%) of the initial permit fee for permits issued in residential zoning districts and shall be fifty percent (50%) of the initial permit fee for permits issued in all other zoning districts.
