Editor’s note–This chapter consists of the zoning ordinance, Ordinance 2003-09-15-1, adopted by the city on September 15, 2003, as amended. Section numbers, style, capitalization and formatting have been changed to be consistent with the remainder of the Code of Ordinances, and this will be maintained in future amendments to this chapter. The definitions in exhibit A of the zoning ordinance are included as section 22.02.001 of the Code of Ordinances. References to exhibit A have been changed to refer to section 22.02.001.
