- LEGAL STATUS PROVISIONS
Portions of other ordinances that conflict with portions of these regulations are repealed. Non-conflicting parts of those ordinances remain in effect.

Should any section or provision of these regulations be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, that declaration will not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole nor any part of it other than the part that was declared to be unconstitutional or invalid.

These regulations were hereby adopted with the first reading on October 13, 1992, and the second reading on October 20, 1992, and took effect on its final reading and adoption date of October 20, 1992. Previously revised November 16, 2010. Current revision adopted November 17, 2020, effective January 1, 2021.
