ARTICLE XV

Village Holding VH Zone

§ 310-100 Purpose.

The regulations for this zoning district are intended to provide for "staged" future growth areas in the Township that are not yet needed for development. The locations of this zoning district correspond to existing areas of farmland amid or adjacent to the Township's developed/developing areas. All use and dimensional regulations of the (A) Agricultural Zone shall also apply to the (VH) Village Holding Zone, except as noted below.

§ 310-101 Permitted uses.

As provided for in § 310-17.

§ 310-102 Special exceptions.

As provided for in § 310-18, with the exception that intensive agricultural operations and intensive livestock facilities shall not be permitted in the (VH) Village Holding Zone.

§ 310-103 Conditional uses.

As provided for in § 310-19, with the exception that airfields shall not be permitted in the (VH) Village Holding Zone.

§ 310-104 Bulk and lot regulations.

As provided for in § 310-20.

§ 310-105 Nonfarm dwelling disclaimer.

As provided for in § 310-21.

§ 310-106 Height and yard requirements of accessory buildings.
