ARTICLE XXVII
Redevelopment Plans

§ 28-27.1 Redevelopment plan for 59, 61 and 63 Beaver Brook Road, Block 3, Lots 284, 284.1, 284.2, 284.3 (renumbered as Block 33703, Lot 1).
A.
The aforementioned recitals are incorporated herein as though fully set forth at length.
B.
The Redevelopment Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A,[1] is hereby adopted pursuant to the terms of N.J.S.A. 40A-12A-7(f).

C.
The Zoning District Map included in the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough is hereby amended to include the Non-Condemnation Redevelopment Area per the boundaries described in the Redevelopment Plan. All of the provisions of the Redevelopment Plan shall supersede the applicable development regulations of the Borough's Municipal Code, as an where indicated.
