C-1. Paved surfaces.

Vehicle accommodation areas paved with asphalt shall be constructed in the same manner as street surface. If concrete is used as the paving material, vehicle accommodation areas shall be similarly constructed except that six inches of concrete shall be used instead of two inches of asphalt. The public works director may allow other paving materials to be used so long as the equivalent level of stability is achieved.

C-2. Unpaved surfaces.

Vehicle accommodation areas without paving shall be constructed in the same manner as paved areas except that crushed stone of the following types may be used in lieu of asphalt, concrete, or other paving material:

(b)

ABC stone.
