Whenever there is, or appears to be, a conflict between any provision of this Zoning Ordinance with the provisions of any other lawful ordinance, regulation or resolution, the more restrictive shall apply.

Should any section or provision of this Ordinance be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional, void or unenforceable, all other subsections, provisions, complete sections and the ordinance in its entirety hereof shall continue to be and remain in full force and effect.

Any ordinance or part of ordinances conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the date of its adoption by the Lyman Town Council.
