CIVIL DEFENSE1
Editor's note— Former Ch. 9, §§ 9-1—9-5, was repealed by Ord. No. 615, adopted June 12, 1978. It was derived from Code 1958, §§ 2-126, 2-126(1), 2-127, 2-127(1), (2); Ord. No. 54, §§ 1—5, adopted March 13, 1957; Ord. No. 100, § 1, adopted June 25, 1958. Current Ch. 9, §§ 9-1, 9-2, is derived from Ord. No. 616, §§ 1, 2, adopted May 23, 1978, which ordinance was nonamendatory of this Code.

Sec. 9-1.- Plan adopted.
The Oakland County Plan for Civil Defense is hereby adopted for the City of Madison Heights.

Sec. 9-2. - Liaison to be designated.
The mayor and city council shall, by resolution, designate a local agent for the purpose of training, conducting surveys, assessing damages and in general working with and acting as liaison to the Oakland County civil defense coordinator.
