Sec. 9-1.- Plan adopted.

The Oakland County Plan for Civil Defense is hereby adopted for the City of Madison Heights.

Sec. 9-2. - Liaison to be designated.

The mayor and city council shall, by resolution, designate a local agent for the purpose of training, conducting surveys, assessing damages and in general working with and acting as liaison to the Oakland County civil defense coordinator.
