26 - M MIXED USE DISTRICTS
All uses shall be subject to the general provisions and exceptions prescribed in Chapter 22.34 of this Title.

The M Mixed Use Districts are established as combining districts, enabling the combination of 2 or more use districts where such combination of districts would serve the objective of implementing the provisions of the General Plan in all its elements, as well as achieving the objectives as prescribed in Section 22.02.010 of this Title.

The permitted and conditional uses in the M districts shall be the permitted and conditional uses of each individual zoning district which has been combined into the Mixed Use District.

Regulations pertaining to density, coverage, height and spacing of buildings, yard spaces, open spaces, parking and loading facilities and any other aspect regulation in this zoning title shall be those of the most restrictive zoning district in the combining district.
