NOTES TO TABLE:
-If construction of a structure begins prior to the issuance of all applicable permits, the permit fee for said application shall be double the normal fee specified herein. Any excavations of foundation materials shall constitute beginning of construction. -Moving or changing the location of an existing structure carries the same as fees for new construction. Re-inspection fee will be invoked any time the inspector has to return to the site due to the work not being completed, corrections required, or access not available. -Fees listed in this table supersede the fees given in the city's Building Code Ord. 96-1389. | ||
