In any district with which is combined an FP district the regulations of this chapter apply in addition to those specified for such districts in this title; provided, that if conflict in regulations occurs the regulations of this chapter govern. (Ord. 946 § 2 (part), 1981).

Special provisions in FP combining district shall be as follows:

(a)    Crop and tree farming and truck gardening, and buildings and structures directly related to the permitted agricultural use of the land may be permitted without requirement for a use permit.

(b)    Other uses and structures otherwise permitted in the district may be permitted only upon the securing of a use permit in each particular case. (Ord. 946 § 2 (part), 1981).
