The boundaries of the use districts shall be established and clearly indicated upon the zoning map adopted as part of this title.

1. All amendments of the official zoning map shall follow the procedure set out in Chapter 16.56.
   
2. Areas are to be classified according to the established use districts and such zoning shall give due consideration as conformity with an adopted comprehensive plan and its stated goals and objectives where these exist.
