Basic District Regulations
§ 675-10 Basic regulations.
The basic regulations governing the use of land, the size of lots, yards and building within each zoning district are established in this article. For certain specific uses or exceptional situations, these basic regulations are supplemented by Article V, Supplementary Regulations, and by other provisions of this chapter.
A.
Regulations governing the use of land. Regulations governing the use of land within the various zoning districts shall be as set forth in Schedule I.[1]
