In the Recreational Park District the following uses shall be permitted:
(a) Recreational facilities and activities carried on by a political subdivision, corporation or other entity, not for profit, including, but not limited to, the following:
(1) Tennis and badminton courts, boating, skating;
(2) Amateur baseball and football, miniature golf courses;
(3) Quoits, shuffleboard, garden and horticultural displays;
(4) Picnic grounds, swimming pools; and
(5) Any use customarily carried on as a part of or accessory to parks, playgrounds or recreation areas or centers.
(b) No industrial activity shall be carried on or engaged in, on or about such premises as a main or accessory use.
(c) No commercial or business activity shall be carried on or engaged in, on or about such premises as a main or accessory use, unless such use is pursuant to a conditional use permit obtained pursuant to Chapter 1242 and other applicable provisions of these Codified Ordinances. Such use shall be confined to and strictly limited to the terms specified in the conditional use permit.
