(A) The town is hereby divided into districts whose locations and boundaries are shown on the official zoning map, which are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this ordinance and are herewith attached and recorded in the minutes of the Town Commissioners.
(B) The official zoning map shall be identified by the signature of the Mayor and Town Clerk and bearing the seal of the town under the following words:
“This is to certify that this map is the official zoning map referred to in § 151.125 of the Town of Minnesott Beach, North Carolina Unified Development Ordinance” together with the date of the adoption of this ordinance.
(C) The official zoning map shall remain on display in the Town Hall and be kept up to date by the Zoning Administrator.

§ 151.126 ZONING MAP CHANGES.
(A) No changes shall be made except in conformity with the procedure set forth for amendment of this ordinance. These changes shall be entered on the official zoning map promptly after the amendment has been approved by the Town Commissioners, with an entry on the official zoning map as follows:
“On , by official action of the Town Board of Commissioners, the following changes were made in the Official Zoning Map:
.”
(B) The entry shall be signed by the Mayor and attested by the Town Clerk.
(C) No amendment to the official zoning map shall become effective until the change has been officially mapped and recorded.
(D) If a zoning map amendment is adopted and the action was deemed inconsistent with the adopted plan, the zoning amendment shall have the effect of also amending any future land-use map in the approved plan, and no additional request or application for a plan amendment shall be required. A plan amendment and a zoning amendment may be considered concurrently. The plan consistency statement is not subject to judicial review. For a future land use map that is deemed amended, if it is a CAMA plan, then such amendment is not effective until it goes through the CAMA plan-amendment process.
The Zoning Administrator shall be responsible for the maintenance and revision of the official zoning map. Upon notification by the Town Commissioners that a zoning change has been made, the Zoning Administrator shall make the necessary changes on the official zoning maps within three calendar days of notification.
