Any person violating any provision of the Moab City Code shall be given written notice specifying the violation and demanding that the violation be rectified within twenty-one days from the date of said notice. (Ord. 93-15 § 1, 1993)

All notices and citations required herein shall be deemed sufficient if delivered or mailed by regular mail, postage prepaid, and in the case of all absentee owners, addressed to such owner at his last known address as disclosed by the records of the county assessor. (Ord. 93-15 § 2, 1993)

Any person violating any of the provisions of this title shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and/or subject to a civil penalty if listed in the Master Fee Schedule, Chapter 3.50. (Ord. 19-29 (part), 2019: Ord. 06-11 (part), 2006: Ord. 93-15 § 3, 1993)
