(A)   Feed and seed stores located in OSR will be subject to additional conditions:

      (1)   Feed and seed stores will use Type B buffering when located next to a Residential District.

      (2)   No structure shall be located within 300 feet of the closest point of any abutting property located in a Residential or Mixed Use District.

   (B)   Hours of operation shall be no earlier than 7:00 a.m. and no later than 9:00 p.m.
