(A)   Private clubs shall be open to members of the club and their guests only.

   (B)   Hours of operation shall be no earlier than 10:00 a.m. and no later than 1:00 a.m. when the use abuts a residential use or a residentially zoned lot. This restriction shall not apply where such use is separated from a residential use or a residentially zoned lot by a major arterial street.

   (C)   Outdoor seating areas shall not be permitted within 250 feet of a residential use or a residentially zoned lot.

   (D)   No outdoor amplified sound will be permitted after 11:00 p.m.

   (E)   Noise emanating from the club shall not exceed ambient noise levels in the surrounding area at a distance of more than 100 feet from any point of the property containing the club.
