§ 500-500 Purpose.

The purpose of the "R-1" Low Density Residential Zoning District is to accommodate suburban detached residential growth within Mount Holly Springs Borough.

§ 500-502 Prohibited uses.

The following uses shall be prohibited within the R-1 District:
A. 
Apartment, conversion.

Density shall not exceed 12 dwelling units per acre.

All uses shall comply with all applicable general provisions contained within Article XI of this chapter.
