Lot Coverage.

A. Maximum lot coverage for buildings in all zone districts is set forth in Table 3-4:

Zone District	Maximum Lot Coverage
Single-family with lots < 1 acre	40%
Single-family with lots > 1 to 5 acres	30%
Single-family with lots > 5 acres	20%
Single-family common interest community	40% for each lot in the condominium community
Civic & maintenance-public works	65%
Multi-family outside the Village Center	65%
Village Center	No lot coverage limit due to high density nature of Comprehensive Plan.
Active open space classifications	Established by DRB at time of development. Review based on size of open space lot and on lot coverage set forth above for single-family and multi-family zone districts.
