If the provisions of any article, section, paragraph, subdivision or clause of this chapter shall be judged invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such order of judgment shall not affect or invalidate the remainder of any article, section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision or clause of this chapter and to this end the provisions of each article, section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision or clause of this chapter are hereby declared to be severable.

Any and all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict or inconsistent with any of the terms and provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency; provided, however, that the adoption of this chapter shall not prevent or bar the continuance or institution of proceedings for offenses heretofore committed in violation of any existing ordinances of the Township of Mullica.

In amending this chapter, the Township's Master Plan, or any other ordinance regulating the use of land, the Township shall comply with all the requirements of N.J.A.C. 7:50-3.45.
