The Myrtle Creek comprehensive plan, 1978-2000, prepared by the staff of the city of Myrtle Creek and the Umpqua regional council of governments and including all appendices and maps referenced therein and all of which is attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter as Exhibit “A” is specifically incorporated in its entirety and adopted as the comprehensive plan for the city of Myrtle Creek, Oregon.
