§ 153.055 PURPOSE.
The RA-1 Residential-Agricultural Overlay District is provided to allow the keeping of domestic livestock, limited to horse, domesticated cattle, domesticated sheep, domesticated goat and domestic fowl, but excluding the keeping of pigs, and limited to the R-15 Residential Single-Family District only.

§ 153.056 APPROVAL PROCESS.
The establishment of an RA-1 Residential-Agricultural Overlay District requires the approval of a zoning district map amendment application by the City Council, following the recommendation of the Planning Commission, as provided in §§ 153.115 through 153.122.

§ 153.057 STANDARDS.
(A) Lot size maintaining livestock or fowl. No domestic livestock or fowl shall be kept on any lot smaller than 22,500 square feet.
(B) Number permitted. The number of domestic livestock or fowl that may be kept on lots larger than 22,500 square feet is established in § 153.156 (see definition of “domestic livestock and fowl”).
(C) Corrals. Corrals for the keeping of domestic animals shall be a minimum of 50 feet from any and all residential dwellings.
