The general regulations affecting the bulk and arrangement of buildings and structures and the density of residential development and of materials and equipment occupying land in connection with nonbuilding uses thereof for each of the districts established by Article II are hereby established and set forth in this article.

The accompanying table titled the "Town of New Windsor Table of Use/Bulk Regulations" shall be deemed a part of this section and is referred to herein as the "Table of Use/Bulk Regulations."[1] A copy of the Table of Use/Bulk Regulations, indicating the latest amendments, shall be kept up-to-date in the office of the Town Clerk, with the assistance of the Code Enforcement Officer and the Town's information technology office, for the use and benefit of the public.
