Enabling Ordinance Amendments:
A1. From the Newark Zoning and Land Use Regulations Enabling Ordinance No. 6PSF-E, 11-01-2023:
Ordinance No. Ord. No. 6PSF-E, 11-01-2023 together with Revised Title 41 shall supersede all development regulations found within the Kent/Brenner/Springfield Redevelopment Plan (6PSF-b adopted on April 1, 2009), Old Third Ward Urban Renewal Plan (7RB adopted on June 15, 1960), and Northern Fairmount Neighborhood Redevelopment Plan (6PSF-b(S) adopted on June 30, 2010); leaving all non-development regulatory provisions of these Urban Renewal Plans and Redevelopment Plans in effect.
A2. From the Newark Zoning and Land Use Regulations Enabling Ordinance No. 6PSF-C (2-4-2015):
WHEREAS, this Ordinance shall supersede all development regulations found within all adopted Urban Renewal Plans and Redevelopment Plans in the City of Newark with the exception of the following. The development regulations within all other previously adopted Urban Renewal Plans and Redevelopment Plans have been found to be inconsistent with the 2012 Newark Master Plan and shall be superseded by the regulations in Title 41 (Newark Zoning & Land Use Regulations); leaving all non-development regulatory provisions of these Urban Renewal Plans and Redevelopment Plans in effect:
