ARTICLE VIII
RMD Residential Medium-Density District
§ 295-24 Purpose.
The purpose of the RMD Residential Medium-Density District is to provide for medium density residential development and compatible accessory uses in the developed core area of the Borough with a minimum lot size of 7,000 square feet and to provide zoning controls compatible with existing development patterns in established residential areas.

A.
Private garages, garden sheds, and other customary accessory uses and buildings which are clearly incidental to the principle use and building.

Signs in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.

Home occupations other than farming, provided that:
(1)
No more than 25% of the structure shall be used for nonresidential uses or purposes.
(2)
No more than one nonresident employee may be permitted, provided that sufficient off-street parking is provided for the nonresident employee.
(3)
No exterior signage advertising or identifying the business use shall be permitted.
(4)
There shall be no business activity visible from a property line or street and there shall be no change in the exterior residential appearance of the dwelling.
(5)
There shall be no delivery of bulk materials or shipment of finished goods from the site.
(6)
The use shall not result in site visitations by clients or customers requiring the extended use of more than one on-street parking space.
