“Short-term rentals” means a property, rented for a period of 27 consecutive calendar days or less, for dwelling, lodging, sleeping or special event purposes, regardless of home-sharing and/or subletting arrangements. This does not include hotels, motels and bed and breakfast. (Ord. 1070 Sec. 1, 2021)

The City Council of the City of Norco finds and determines that short-term rentals shall be prohibited in all zoning districts within the City of Norco. (Ord. 1070 Sec. 1, 2021)
