a | In all districts, the lot width as measured at any point between the front lot line and the rear building line shall not be less than that prescribed in this Intensity Schedule A, except that between the front lot line and the required setback line, the lot width may be reduced to 80% of the width requirement subject to Planning Board approval; further, that this shall be limited to a maximum of 3 lots on a turnaround. |
b | May be reduced to 90 feet subject to Planning Board approval, but full width must be attained at 60 feet back from street line; further, that this reduction shall be limited to a maximum of 3 lots fronting on a turnaround. |
