Establishment of Zoning Districts
§ 350-9 Districts.
The Borough of North Irwin is divided into the following five districts:
R-1 – Low Density Residential District |
R-2 – Multifamily Residential District |
C – Commercial District |
I – Industrial District |
RC – Recreational District |
§ 350-10 Zoning Map.
The location and boundaries of the districts established under § 350-9 are established as shown on the attached Zoning Map of the Borough of North Irwin which is hereby made a part of this chapter.[1]

§ 350-11 Interpretation of boundaries.
If uncertainty exists as to the location of any boundary of any district shown on the Zoning Map, the dispute shall be referred to the Zoning Hearing Board, which shall determine the location of such boundary.
