Ordinance No. 2001-3, adopted October 17, 2001, as may be amended from time to time, shall govern areas subject to flooding. That ordinance in Chapter 242, Floodplain Management, of the Code is known as the "Floodplain Ordinance" and is incorporated into this chapter, by reference, as though fully set forth at length herein.
